Calipers look sweet, was it easy, what paint do you have to use mate.

used halfords brake caliper paint about a tenner

are they Vauxhall stickers or is it painted? do they stay on OK if stickers?

i had to change one of my front tyres withing 2 months as it developed a bulge :o

stickers they are good up too 300F so should stay on the ones i had on my vxr never came off so fingers crossed

Great looking motor that mate, the 5 doors really do look good with the XP kit and 18's fitted. (Y)
Nice mods too, am planning to paint my calipers when it warms up a bit. :D

Calipers look great, I've been wondering what colour to do mine, think you've just answered my question! Hope you don't mind me copying! :lol: As for the Dunlop comments I wouldn't worry too much mine have 33K on them and there's still 1.5mm to go before I hit the wear bars! (Y) Where'd you get the decals from?

i`m not worried about the dunlops at all had them on my old 2005 sri xp i once had and thought they were better than the conti`s on my old vxr

i dont mind people doing the same i was one of the first to have the vxr ones on my vxr now almost every vxr has them lol

u painted them calipers really well but imo it doesnt really match the silver?? luks gr8 tho. bet u miss ur vxr drivin a 1.8?!

nothing will compare to the vxr but when i have to let the wife drive this 1.8 i feel a lot safer than having her have to do the school run in the vxr!!!

plus every thing is cheaper on the xp tyres insurance running costs more mpg so this will do until 2011 ish!!!

i`m liking the blue brakes not so boy racerish than the red

problem is i got to do everyone elses starting this thursday and its an all day job to clean mask up and paint 4 brakes!!

where are the decals from mate?

i've got no complaints about the dunlops either - i've got 18k on mine and they've all got 5mm left all round and I've had no bother from them at all (Y)
