rear window leak (5dr)

anyone else got this. Its like there is a dribble of water running down the center of my rear screen. I think it is from when i open the hatch and i guess there is some water seaping through the wiper housing?

any ideas?

Hi, Have you checked your rear washer pipe?. Just a thought lol(Y)

I get this. It's just when I open the boot and it's raining/has been raining. I think as i open or close the boot some water drips onto the window, because once the boot is closed, there's no water gets in.

never happened on my old 55plate 5dr :o and luckily not on my current 3dr

We had this on ours..............It was coming in around the wash wiper rubber o ring, dave removed the rear wash wipe and put some silicone gel around the rubber and re fit it, that was,over a year ago and no water has come in.

That's what happened to mine... there was a blockage in the pipe. I took the 3rd rear brakelight out and gave it a good clean and refit it. I haven't had any problems since :thumbs:

i got it but its not really a big deal tbh. would like to fix it one day tho
