Is turbo chatter bad?

Oh i see sorry m8. well it doesnt actually trigger the sound its just with having an induction kit on you hear it more as the standard airbox muffles that sound

My GSi has got More chatter than a mothers meeting in a shopping center, lol i love it, some ppl say it damges it some say it dont, personally i say it doesnt on most cars, my GSi turbo has been chattering for ages and not had ne problems at all.. they best way to achieve a nice decent loud chatter is to fit an induction kit ( with a cold air feed if possible to prevent heat soak ) then bloke off the OE dump valve and chatter away.. fitting the induction kit doesnt create the noise it just allows you to hear whats goin on, as an air box is a close sealed box it does not allow you to hear any thing...hope this helps
